Trading Edge is a small business providing Bitcoin, Ethereum, crypto alts market forecasts, other markets forecasts and personal financial forecasts.

Payment Cards Security

Trading Edge does not have access to your payment card details.  Trading Edge can see your name and your email address, which are essential requirements to be able to do a transaction between us and you. 

All payments made on www.tradingedge.uk are processed securely through the Square payment system.

  • We do not collect, process, or store your debit or credit card details.

  • We never see or have access to your full card number, expiry date, or security code.

  • Square handles all payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security standards.

Personal Information Security

We may collect limited personal information, including:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Basic order and transaction details

  • Your date of birth and time of birth for the Personal Financial Forecast.
  • Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us

We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver our services and communicate with you.

How We Use Your Information

Your personal information is used solely to:

  • Provide access to purchased forecasts and services

  • Process payments via Square

  • Communicate with you regarding your order or enquiries

  • Send our electronic products to you. 

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell personal data.

Data Sharing and Confidentiality

Your personal information is treated as strictly confidential.

  • We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties.

  • The only exception is the Square payment system, which receives necessary information solely to process payments.

  • We do not share your name in public communication between us and you.  Example on X discussions. 
  • We will only disclose personal data if legally required to do so.

Data Storage and Retention

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

  • Payment-related information is securely transmitted to Square, our payment processor, solely for the purpose of completing transactions.

  • Square may process data on servers located outside the UK, but does so in compliance with applicable data protection laws and safeguards.

  • Aside from Square, your personal data is not sent to any third parties unless required by law.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
